It looks cool, and I’m interested in finding out how exactly the paper honeycomb structure works, but how comfortable is it to sit on when it’s fully extended? And how sturdy is it? I think I’ll play safe with a “normal” sofa.

One would hope this would be a cheap way of doing occasional seating.

Their walls look pretty interesting, too - I was thinking of getting something for the spare bed in the sitting room so I could get in the kitchen in the morning…

I get the feeling they’re not going to be cheap, seeing as you have to contact them for prices. There’s nothing wrong with beans bags or big cushions, my last flat had a couple of black cubes that could be stacked out of the way when not in use by guests. If they’re paper based, what happens if you spill red wine on them?

Damn you and your unfurnished place that you own! ;)

It’s really not that unfurnished any more :)

shouldn’t matter about red wine if I choose a dark colour, anyway… Or I could go all jackson polock on ‘em

    Jackson Pollock’s great!

Are we going to struggle to find somewhere to sleep next time a few of us come visit?

  6. yamahito Says:

No no, you might just have to deal with me staggering through your bedroom on the way to the kitchen for a midnight snack.

Don’t worry, I remember to wear a robe. Most the time.

Maybe I’ll sleep with your computers instead… I mean sleep in the room with your computers. The hum will be soothing and familiar (or do you turn them off overnight?). Plus I can plug in a laptop and rape your internet connection overnight!
