Mr Mulickovski do not have any rights of the building. He has intellectual rights only on the previous choice of the investor and owner. The Owner is choosing to go with other architectural solution on his building and that is the right of the owner. In Macedonia and everywhere else is the same. Mr Mulickovski will continue to be owner of the intellectual rights of the original design if somebody chooses to use it somewhere else on another building. Right now all he can do is take pictures of the project for his own portfolio.

Woah! I’m really digging the template/theme of this site. It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s hard to get that “perfect balance” between superb usability and visual appeal. Diabolical … by someone at Apple with a wicked sense of humor. Sure the offending files we need to delete are found in :

%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\

But somone at Apple said “wouldn’t it be funny in Windows Vista if we store our downloaded files in a folder that even the administrator cannot manually clean up? bwahaha”
